President

Zina C. Pierre, Ph.D., is the founding President & CEO of Reyarp Strategies Group, LLC (RSG), a consulting firm specializing in government relations, advocacy, and strategic partnerships for nearly 25 years. She is also President & CEO of Quora Alkaline Water Bottling Company, providing premium water to hotels, grocery and convenience stores, and gyms in the DMV. Both companies are in Prince George’s County, Maryland. Dr. Pierre is also a full-time pastor and authored the book “Your Prayers Matter to God.”
With over 35 years in politics and advocacy, Dr. Pierre is well known as an “collaborative strategist” and has advised corporations, unions, civil rights groups, and state and local governments nationwide and internationally where she built bipartisan relationships to secure resources for cities and counties across the U.S. Dr. Pierre served eight years in the Clinton Administration, with her last position in the White House as special assistant to the President for Intergovernmental Affairs under President Bill Clinton.
Before the Clinton Administration, Dr. Pierre worked in the television broadcast industry for 10 years with Fox News, News Channel 8, America’s Most Wanted, as well as the former USA Today on TV and Sports News Network. She holds dual Ph.D.'s in Religious Philosophy and Political Science. She has served numerous boards, commissions, and advisory committees including the Board of Visitors for Lincoln University, Duke Ellington School of the Arts, Smithsonian Environmental Research Center, Washington Dance Theatre, National Council of Negro Women, Greater Washington Urban League, DNC Women's Vote Center, Annapolis Democratic Central Committee, The White House Project VoteRunLead (under founder Marie Wilson), and more. She currently serves as President of the Maryland Black Caucus Foundation and is a founding board member of the Friendship Aspire Academy STEM School. She is a certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) company in the State of Maryland and Prince George’s County.
