MARYLAND BLACK AGENDA 2030

The Maryland Black Agenda 2030 was birthed by The Legislative Black Caucus of Maryland and the Maryland Black Caucus Foundation during the 2018 Legislative Session to address the unmet needs of Black communities throughout Maryland.

 

The Maryland Black Agenda 2030 Agenda is a strategic planning process that focuses on six issue areas that affect black communities in the state of Maryland.

 

1. Economic and Community Development

2. Education

3. Health and Human Resources

4. Labor, Employment and Training

5. Criminal Justice

6. Environment and Sustainable Development
